About Springhouse

Keeping Southeastern Pennsylvania’s water clean since 1978.

Long before plumbing, farms across Chester and Bucks counties built small stone springhouses over their springs. The thick walls kept the water cold and clean, and families trusted them for generations. Many still stand along the creeks and back roads of southeastern Pennsylvania.

We chose the name because it captures what we want to be for the homes we serve. Local, sturdy, and quietly dependable. The kind of company you call once and keep for years.

Since 1978, Springhouse has helped homeowners here with real reasons to care about their water, from hard water and iron to bacteria in wells and PFAS in public supplies. Through all those years, the approach has stayed the same. Listen first, explain everything in writing, and recommend only what the water needs, never a high-pressure pitch.
